1: HONGKONG AIR MAIL (approx 2-3 weeks to arrive for international order. the cost is low, the total weight of the order would not be over 2kgs. highly recommanded.)

2: CHINA POST AIR MAIL (approx 3-4 weeks to arrive world wide.total weight of the order would not be over 2kgs. )

3. EMS (We will use this shipping method is the goods is over 2KG, it is fast shipping. approx 1 week shipping time.)

4. DHL (We will ship your order which is over 2kg. we only use this shipping method when your order is spare parts. approx one week to arrive worldwide.)

1. When will you ship my order?

We will ship your order within 24 hours, a tracking number will be provided. you can check the shipping detail in your account.

If your order is still in the status: processing. Please don't worry. we have already sent your package by airmail. what you need to do is to wait for the package arrive. if the package is not arrive in 2 weeks, please contact me, I will check the  shipping status for you from my post office.

2. How can I track my order?

We will upday the tracking number for you after we ship the goods, you can check the tracking number in your account order details.

3. If the package is lost, what should I do?

If the package is lost during shipping, we will resend the item to you, or make a full refund to you.

4. If I am not satisfied with the goods I received, can I get back my money?

Sure, if the product you receive is defected or wrong item, you can send it back to us for a full refund. the item should not be used, and keep the orginal packing box.
